Patrick Egwu

I’m one of the newest additions at Yukon News where I have been writing about a range of issues — politics, sports, health, environment and other developments in the territory. Before joining the News, I was a staff reporter at the Globe and Mail, covering business, the economy, personal finance and breaking news. I have reported from Berlin and before moving to Toronto in the fall of 2021, I was based in Johannesburg as a freelance journalist, where I covered human rights, social justice, global health and migration in sub-Saharan Africa.
