Lynette Christine King

December 11, 1949 - October 17, 2023
It is with profound sadness that the family of Lynette King announce her passing.
Lynette is survived by her daughter Amanda Eveson (Brett); her grandsons, Nate and Seth Eveson; her son, Daniel King; her two sisters Patricia (David) Nelson; Jane (Don) Skocdopole and nieces and nephews and dear friends in the Yukon, Alberta, BC and New Brunswick.
Lynette is pre-deceased by her husband of 35 years, Wayne King; her first husband, Art Jackson; her parents Freda and John Bobak and brother, Gerald Bobak.
Amanda and Dan would like to thank Lynette's caregivers over the past few years, Deneze Burchill, Cathy Rear, Donna Hogan, Lee Somerton and Lynn Blaikie. These friends provided comfort, care and camaraderie in difficult times.
Thank you to the staff at Whistlebend Place for their care over the last couple of years.

A celebration of life and sharing of happy memories will be held at The McBride Museum (3rd Floor) on Thursday, November 23rd from 3-6pm.
In lieu of flowers, contributions could be made in her name to the Yukon Hospital Foundation or the Alzheimer Society of British Columbia.
