It is with heartfelt gratitude we extend our appreciation to the incredible team of doctors; Dr S. Alton, Dr. D. Story, Dr S. Samuelson, Dr. D. Kanachowski. A big thank you to Sophie from Social Work, Jeanette from Occupational Therapy, and all her nurses especially Brie and Theresa. A special thank you to the entire Home Care team, especially Sol Ledine, for their exceptional care of Lois. We could not have fulfilled Lois’ wishes to be at home without this amazing team. Their time, commitment to her comfort, professionalism, support and compassion was extraordinary.
In honour of Lois’ memory there will be a tea and a celebration held at Hellaby Hall in the Anglican Church of Canada on Thursday, November 7, 2019 from 2-4 pm.
