April 28, 1954 - June 9, 2020
Leon Raymond Haert passed away June 9th 2020, in Tagish YT. Raised in Valley East Ontario, Leon was an avid hunter and fisherman and he had all the trophies to prove it.
He moved to the Yukon as a young man and quickly became a local legend for his fishing, hunting, and musical abilities. He was quick witted and always had a joke on hand. He will be sadly missed by his children, his sisters and brothers and their families, and his many friends.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date when the Covid-19 restrictions are reduced.
