Glenda was born in Kelowna, BC and passed away in Whitehorse, Yukon. Glenda is predeceased by her mother, Jessie Lavoie and step father, Chuck Lavoie, her Grandparents, Jack and Mildred MacKenzie and her Nephew, Dylan Lavoie.
Glenda is survived by her brothers, Dave, Dean and Darryl Lavoie, her children, Daniel Stephen Campbell and Corina Lynn Debiasio and her grandchildren, Brandon, Raven, Riley, Amber, Shawna, Bianca and Anthony and her niece, Nikki Dean Lavoie.
Glenda's family settled in Yukon in 1958. Glenda was a 'Jack of all trades' with working as a waitress, in the movie theatre, as a drugstore clerk, in the hardware store and also worked for Yukon Government in Personnel with Highways to name a few. However, Glenda's most memorable job was as a mushroom picker. Glenda loved the solitude this job gave her.
Glenda had a passion for animals. She really enjoyed her experience on her hobby farm with the many animals and her egg business. Glenda was also an avid fisherman as well loved knitting, crocheting and wrote poetry.
No service or memorial is planned at this time.
"A special Thank you to ALL the staff from Birch Lodge and the Thomson Centre for all the care and love they have shown me."

"Those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles."
