A long-time resident of Whitehorse, Cecil passed away surrounded by his family, and is sadly missed.
He was born in Carleton Place, Ontario. He packed up his family and arrived in Whitehorse, Yukon in May of 1966.
He is predeceased by loving wife Anne Spinks 2007 and grandson Thomas Spinks 2017.
He leaves behind: Partner- Raymonde Larose.
Children- Connie (Jerry), Tony (Phyllis), Cyndi (Gerry), Randy (Kim). Grandchildren- Steven (Nadia), Lora-Lea (Chris), Tabitha (Stephen), Crystal (Greg), Kevin (Sarah), Tamara (Greg), Jeffery (Roxie), Keighlan. Great Grandchildren- Liana, Garrett, Kyle, James, Mason, Abigail, Kaleb, Haydn, Lucius, Harmony, Nathan, Trusten, Calum, Jasmine, Samuel. Also relatives in Mississippi Mills area.
