It's with heavy hearts that the family and friends of Dr. Brent Slobodin announce his passing on Monday, April 15, 2019.

Brent passed away unexpectedly, surrounded by his loving wife and companion, his wife Megan Slobodin, and his sister and lifelong friend, Debra Wickham. He passed in his home of more than thirty years, Whitehorse, Yukon, where he started his family, built his home, and left a lasting mark on the community.

Brent is survived by his wife, his two sons and their partners, Conal and Quinn Slobodin, and their newborn daughter, Freya, of Ottawa, Ontario, and Kieran Slobodin and Andrea Davidson, of Toronto, Ontario.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 5 pm, Thursday, April 25th at the High Country Hotel Ballroom on 4051 4th Avenue, Whitehorse, Yukon. Attendees are invited to gather and share their stories of Brent's life.
