It is with great sadness that we, the Sweeney family, convey that our mother, Andree Evelyn North, passed away peacefully in Whitehorse, Yukon.
Our mother was born in Montreal to parents Noella and Aurther Jerome and was sister to Norman, Wesley, and Louise.
She and our father, Eric Sweeney, were married in 1954 and had 6 children: Martin, Glenn, Stephen, Cynthia, Sean, and Derek.
Mom later married Dick North in 1981.
She is survived by her loving sons: Martin, Stephen, Sean, and Derek.
A service will take place on Monday, November 20, 2023.
at Our Lady of Victory Catholic Church in Porter Creek, starting at 10:00 am.
