The RCMP have charged a Whitehorse man with attempted murder after he stabbed another man in a Golden Horn home.
David Brian Morberg, 53, was arrested at the scene of the altercation Wednesday evening after police received a 911 call.
Morberg injured a 45-year-old acquaintance who was later treated at Whitehorse General Hospital for a non-life-threatening injury.
A 48-year-old woman was also involved in the alcohol-related melee, but was not injured.
Morberg will appear in court to face charges of attempted murder, assault with a weapon and uttering threats. (James Munson)
