Foul play was not a factor in the death of a man whose body was found over the weekend in Faro.

On July 28, the body of a 35-year-old man was found in a fifth-wheel travel trailer at John Connolly Municipal Campground and RV Park.

It was a busy weekend with the Effy Croft Memorial Co-ed Slopitch Tournament, but foul play was ruled out early in the investigation, said Const. Tim Lynch of the Faro RCMP.

An autopsy has been ordered and Yukon Coroner’s Service continues to investigate. The name of the deceased is not being released at the request of the family.
