Open letter to mayor and council:
I would like to tell you that I would like it if you could plow the Millennium Trail in the winter so people in wheelchairs and others can go safely for a walk and not fall into the water.
How would you like it if the city didn’t plow the Millennium Trail and you were in a wheelchair? I would love to see everyone outside in the winter.
