Yukon News freelance photographer Chris Colbourne has been nominated for an award in the photo essay category of the 2009 British Columbia and Yukon Community Newspaper Association awards competition for his images of land mine victims in Cambodia. The essay originally appeared in the Yukon News and its website in July 2008. The winners will be announced on April 4 in Vancouver.
