A month ago, the windows were broken at Takhini Elementary between 5 a.m. and 6:45 a.m.

Forty-nine windows were broken. Everyone at the school was heartbroken, so the students started to brainstorm. The Grade 4/5 girls had a bake sale and our class went to bag groceries. We were there for two hours and we raised $375. So Takhini School wants to thank Superstore for letting us bag groceries, and its customers for their donations. We would also like to thank Kelly Collins, our principal, for letting us go, and Jacqueline Carew and other parents and teachers for supporting us.

Thank you.
