I was appalled to see this morning’s headline that $80,000 was spent on plowing Whistle Bend Way, with only one house in the area.

I live on River Ridge Lane and I believe our street that leads into four different areas has not been plowed in over two months. The ruts have become so bad that we cannot pass a car and my car bottoms out, along with many others I’m sure.

The street has also lost about five feet on either side because the snow has been pushed to the sides by vehicles over time so the plow that is supposed to come clear our parking lots cannot even make it down the lane. It is very sad that we have a whole community paying taxes in an area that is completely neglected.
