Open letter to Whitehorse City Council:
Before giving any more money to Mt. Sima or any other organization, please put some money aside for some good quality paint and get our city streets lined! All the streets need this done, in particular, the Two Mile Hill, which is a disaster.
This should have been done weeks ago - not when tourists begin arriving.
