The sheer folly of disgruntled ex-prospector Wade Carrell’s claim-staking along the Whitehorse waterfront last week, and in particular his reasoning, glaringly reveals a man as woefully out of touch with today’s world as the antiquated laws which govern his actions.
I would like to believe that at least a few in the mining community will cringe in embarrassment.
