A bear is “running at large” in Whitehorse, according to a recent report by CBC’s Whitehorse chapter. Is the CBC implying that this particular bear has escaped from captivity? A cage perhaps?
Alert… alert: Is the CBC fear-mongering?
Are bears not permitted to pass through this so-called “Wilderness City” without ridiculous media reports? Are cougars running at large, too? Or should they be put in a zoo – a captive environment for humans to gawk at?
What is CBC’s mandate with respect to non-human animals?
