The Yukon High School Mountain Bike Series finished strong on an RCMP-designed course off Chadburn Lake Road.

More than 25 riders turned out on Wednesday night to compete in the last of four races.

The Grade 8 division proved to be the tightest for overall series standings, with just four points separating winner Logan Roots and fellow FH Collins’ rider Trevor Hanna.

The Grade 9/10 division was dominated by FH’s Logan Kleedehn, who won by a solid 10-point margin over Nathan O’Grady.

Team Yukon rider Troy Henry swept the Grade 11/12 division, ending the season with a perfect 40 points, and followed by Porter Creek’s Ryan McLaren.

FH’s Taylor Hannah had two first-place finishes in the series, enough to put her in top spot in the open girls division.

Doug Ponsioen and Ben Siefert created the BMX division halfway through the series, and finished first and second in it, respectively.
