In loving memory ~
Yvonne lived with boundless energy and passion. She ran marathons and skied Nordic competitions, competed in long-distance canoe races, snowboarded and skied with her children and grandchildren, and often convinced Paul to join her on wilderness adventures. She was a wife to Paul, mother of 6, grandmother of 10, an adventurer, writer, and friend—a true inspiration to all who knew her. She will be deeply missed.

FOR THOSE IN THE YUKON UNABLE TO ATTEND
Pat McKenna will be hosting the 18.5km Chili and Beans 'Paddle On For Yvonne' memorial canoe race on the Yukon River. Wednesday, August 13th 2025, 6pm start from Rotary Park.
Stories and tributes to Yvonne will follow, along with Chili, Beans, Bread and Carrot Cake! Those who are unable to paddle come raise a spoon to her memory at the Takhini River Bridge later that evening.
