In loving memory ~
It is with heavy hearts that the Hilton family announces the passing of Ron Hilton. Ron will be remembered and cherished by his loving partner Jutta, his children Ronald (Gloria), Don, Tracey. Grand children Katherine (Dallas), Robert, Kayla, Scott and 8 Great grandchildren.
Ron joined the Airforce at a very young age and served for 8 years including Germany. After retirement from the forces he went to work for the NWT Power Corporation as a supervisor for many years. During his service with the Power Corp, Ron got his pilots certification and flew a float plane to serve the communities in the north.
For a change of pace he worked as a supervisor for The NWT Warning System until his retirement in 2015. Ron's leisure time was spent out on the water fishing and camping. The family wishes to extend a special thanks to all the staff at Evergreen Seniors Home.
There are not enough words to express our appreciation for the loving care and attention they all continually provided for Ron during his time at Evergreen. The family would like to thank our kind friends who have been so supportive to us during this difficult time.
