February 4, 1932 - August 18, 2018
Our dad and Diana's husband, Kenneth Joyce Mulloy, died on August 18, 2018 in Whitehorse, Yukon.

He will be sorely missed by his friends and family. He was our patriarch and the tree that we leaned on in strong winds. He survived 65 years of marriage to our mother Diana, and climbed up and down (slowly) many Yukon mountains and, to everyone's surprise, made it to the base camp in Nepal. He sailed the seas (and Marsh Lake) and competed in the Klondike Road Relay at least 20 times.

Our dad searched for gold in every hill and hollow and loved to listen to and play bagpipe music on every occasion. We cannot imagine how quiet our celebrations will be without his piping.

How sad we are today. There is a warm wind blowing in the hills, an owl looks down on us and an eagle flies over. Our beloved dad has died, the aspens whisper his name and we cry and get cross with each other and try to rearrange ourselves as a death in the family demands.

Kenneth leaves behind his most loved wife, Diana, his three lovely daughters, Eleanor, Wendy and Beth and their families and on and on goes the circle of life. Our dad dies as our family grows by weddings and babies.

We grieve the loss of our dad and invite you to join us to bid farewell on Thursday, August 30th at 1:00 pm at the Anglican Church, 4th Avenue, Whitehorse, Yukon.
