April 21, 1948 - April 24, 2023
It is with sadness that we announce the passing of Jennifer Gosselin, who passed away April 24th, three days after her 75th birthday. She was born and raised in Whitehorse and remained here with the exception of short periods of time in Kamloops and Terrace, BC.
Following high school Jennifer attended vocational training to begin a career as a hair stylist at which she excelled. Despite mental health challenges she maintained her independence until shortly before her passing.
Jennifer was a cheerful person with quick wit and had a great sense of humour. She loved music and was an excellent cook. She was a great friend, sister and aunt, who was always willing to step up and help out when she was needed.
The family would like to thank the doctors and nurses at Whitehorse General Hospital, Wind River Hospice, and the many Mental Health, and Homecare workers who assisted Jennifer over the years.
Jennifer is greatly missed and will always be fondly remembered. A private memorial was held by her family.
