June 24, 1952 - December 20, 2018
Jeniece "Jenny" Anna Raymond (Thon) was born to Anna May and the late Clayton Thon in Nordegg, Alberta, on June 24th 1952 and passed on December 20th, 2018 in Whitehorse, Yukon.
She was raised in Fort Fraser, BC where some of her family and friends still reside. She moved to the Yukon in 1986 and though she still visited BC and kept it in her heart, the Yukon remained her home until her passing.
Jenny has left behind her husband, Bob Raymond who she was with for 50 years, their love like any, had ups and downs but it was endless and their dedication to one another was immeasurable. Her 3 children, Darrell (Kathy), Shawn (Sandra) and Tanya (Richard). Along with all of her grandchildren ~ Wyatt, Jaidyn, Ryan, McKenzie, Seth, Tenisha, Mikaila, Presley, Hudson, Paige, Cole, Cody and Alyssa. She is also survived by her brothers, Rick, Bobby, Donnie and Larry. Her only sister Debbie left this beautiful world before her.
Jenny's family was the light in her life, which only grew for her grandchildren who she would move the moon and stars for. Her strength & resiliency is instilled in each one of us and knowing she is no longer suffering will bring us peace with time. Our beloved wife, mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, aunt and friend will be missed but never far from our thoughts.
We will see her in the sunsets when were on a mountain in the middle of Yukon, she will be with us when we're fishing and catch that big one. When were berry picking and we get a good patch or any time a Kris Kristofferson song plays, she will be singing right along.
You will be our North Star - guiding us.
Our Mom was never big on goodbyes - so as she would say "too too" We love you.
