November 27, 1951 - February 10, 2023
Jared was raised in Whitehorse and graduated from FH Collins High School. He travelled extensively before settling back in the Yukon where, as a Whitehorse City Councillor was instrumental in helping initiate Raven Recycling and the Millenium Trail.
Remembered by his five siblings and twenty-nine nieces and nephews.
A poet, teller of tales, and avid cyclist, Jared will be buried in Tagish beside his parents John and Olive Storey and his grandparents.
