James Yoshio George Profeit

October 21, 1944 - November 19, 2019
It is with great sadness that we announce Jimmy's passing. He passed away at Whistle Bend Place in Whitehorse after a lengthy illness.
Jimmy leaves behind wife Linda, son Marcel (Beverley), brothers: Dan (Diana); Michael (Kate); and sister Marjorie. Two grandchildren Dryden and Mitchell (Fiona), and nieces and nephews, Michiko, Charlie, Paul, Deanna and Matthew.
Thank you to his medical team of Dr. Madlung, Dr. Bousquet, Dr. Kmet, and numerous specialists in Vancouver. The family extends special appreciation to the compassionate and caring staff at Whistle Bend Place.
Jimmy requested a 'Get-together' which will be held at Whistle Bend Place, Saturday December 7, 2-4 pm. Please drop in for a cup of Jimmy's favourite - small black McDonald's coffee and share a few stories.
