In loving memory of a genuine friend and a loving son, brother, husband, father & grandfather who left us far too early.
Doug was a friend in the truest sense - totally devoted to his family, friends and his community. He was a quiet man who faced many challenges over the years, but overcame those challenges with the love & help of his family and friends. His whole life was dedicated to his family - his parents, his sister Linda, his wife Cecile, his children Jimmy & Pauly & his grandchildren (Jordanna, Emersyne, Hudson and Cullen).
He loved his home at Silver City, Yukon and that is where he spent most of his life with his wife and children living alongside his parents Frank & Josie. One of the highlights of Doug's life was when he became a grandfather. He was so proud of all his grandkids, and would have loved nothing else, but to have been able to spend more time with them.
We miss you Doug. We think of you often and wished we could have had you just a little longer.
