Bryan Kenneth Hilton

January 20, 1945 – July 28, 2021
Bryan lost his long courageous battle with Parkinson’s Disease in the home he built with his loving wife of 52 years holding his hand, as he wanted. He faced his fate with dignity, seldom complaining, just trying to do the best he could.
Predeceased by his parents, Ken and Daisy. He is survived by his wife Sandra, son Jason and his daughters Erika and Samantha, daughter Willow (Greg) Fisher and their sons Colin and Loren. He is missed by his sister Gayle (Bill) and family and his brother Bill, as well as many in laws and friends who loved him.
Born in Vancouver, Bryan moved to Yukon when he was about 5, living first in Granville, growing up in Bear Creek but going to school in Dawson City. He took auto mechanics in Whitehorse before moving to Ladysmith, BC, spending most of his working years at Chemainus Sawmill until retiring in 2010.
Bryan loved the outdoors – hiking, canoeing, bicycle riding, camping and above all riding his Harley. Trips in the truck and camper to his beloved Yukon and epic motorcycle holidays left wonderful memories to reminisce about when he could no longer go out. Bryan was much loved and is terribly missed.
