January 15, 1932 - May 7, 2020
Barry Ernwein passed away on May 7, 2020 of complications arising from pneumonia.
He went peacefully with his wide Betty Ray by his side.
He was born in Bienfait, Saskatchewan January 15, 1932, and was raised in Langley, B.C.
He went to UBC to obtain a law degree in 1970 and practiced in Vancouver for many years.
He moved to the Yukon in 1978.
He loved the outdoors and took up flying. He was very interested in mining and prospecting and returned to UBC to graduate with a BSC in geology.
There will be a memorial for Barry this summer when conditions permit.
