Allen passed away on March 28, 2025 at Whitehorse General Hospital following a bout of pneumonia from which he was unable to recover. He was surrounded by family and friends in his final days and his hospital room was awash in love and no small amount of laughter. Allen adored Jeanie and made fun of his daughters and grandchildren until the very end.
There will be a Celebration of Life on July 26, 2025 from noon until 4:00 pm at the Kwanlin Dun Cultural Centre. All are welcome. Bring your best stories about Allen and any photos you'd like to share.
