Update 4:45 p.m. Nov. 28:

Police say the 30-year-old man last seen Nov. 20 has been located safely by Whitehorse RCMP.

Original story:

The Whitehorse RCMP issued an appeal for public assistance on Nov. 27 as they search for Fraser McIrvine last seen in Whitehorse on Nov. 20.

McIrvine, 30, is described in the Nov. 27 RCMP bulletin as a caucasian male, standing 5'7.5" tall and weighing approximately 170lbs. He has a slim build, brown eyes and brown hair.

Police say McIrvine is believed to be driving a silver car, possibly 2015 Toyota Yaris or Hyundai Elantra. That vehicle has a broken window but the RCMP bulletin states that the report they received about it left it unclear which side of the car or which door the broken window is on.

The RCMP notice expresses concern for McIrivine's well being and asks that anyone with information on McIrvine's whereabouts contact the Whitehorse RCMP at 867-667-5555, their local police or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.
