Suspected coffee shop thief faces three charges

Within minutes police officers patrolling the city spotted a suspicious looking man lurking in the shadows behind the Qwanlin Mall.

As the officers approached him the man tried to hide an item in the snow.

Officers found the missing donation box and arrested the man.

Thirty-eight-year-old Grant Edwin McLeod was charged with theft of property under $5,000, possession of property obtained by crime and breaching his undertaking.
