Whitehorse RCMP arrested two men over the weekend on drug charges.
Late in the afternoon of Friday, July 27, plainclothes RCMP officers witnessed a drug transaction between two men on Wood Street. Both men had cocaine in their possession.
An 18-year-old was charged with two counts of possessing drugs for the purposes of trafficking. A 27-year-old is awaiting charges of drug possession.
More details will be released as the investigation continues. This incident is not related to the other patrols over the weekend.
