The RCMP made a killing in check stops near Watson Lake and Stewart Crossing this weekend.
Police seized $90,000 in cash believed to be related to the illegal drug trade, according to a press release.
The RCMP also issued over 29 driving and alcohol related offences and impounded five vehicles.
Three commercial trucks were taken off the highway for violating the National Safety Code—a set of regulations that govern buses, trucks and other interprovincial transportation.
One drunk driver was arrested and another fugitive wanted on an arrest warrant was also nabbed. (James Munson)
