Whitehorse hospital suffers from mismanagement
I would like to thank Dr. David Storey for his letter regarding the long-standing problems at the Whitehorse General Hospital. This is our major health resource in the territory and it clearly suffers from serious mismanagement and facility and staff planning.
I hope that the Yukon Medical Association, the Yukon Registered Nurses Association and unions will speak out as frankly as Dr. Storey and seek immediate remedies to this situation.
All of our health depends on it.
