Bad barrier, bad barrier, lie down, stay. What Cody Kelpin wants, Cody Kelpin gets. Sure, ignore stop signs, speed limits, school zones, pedestrians’ right of way. After all, Cody Kelpin’s wishes are more important than anything or anyone else, right?
