I am writing to publicly congratulate Liz Hanson on her strong victory in the byelection. I’m sure that she will be an excellent MLA for her riding in the tradition of Todd Hardy and Steve Cardiff.
While I don’t agree with the NDP position on some issues, I do believe Hanson will bring much-needed intelligence and democratic values to a legislature that is woefully lacking in both.
