Open letter to Mayor Bev Buckway and council:
Here is a new bylaw for you to implement: No person will be allowed to run for mayor or council after two terms in office.
Councillors who hold their positions for one or two terms will be allowed to run for mayor under the above condition.
In this way, we can get new visions of where our city should be going. It would also go a long ways in curbing favouritism and nepotism.
