Like many Canadians, I am concerned about the consequences of Bill C-38 for Canadians. MP Ryan Leef has said that he supports this bill because it is necessary for the future of Canada.
He has stated that any negative comments are misrepresentation by the media and the opposition. I would therefore respectfully suggest that Mr. Leef hold a public meeting to discuss with his constituents why he supports the bill.
Surely it is his responsibility as an elected representative to discuss publicly the bill with his constituents and explain its effects for Yukoners and all Canadians.
