After being in the Yukon for about 40 years, I’ve made some observations. The most significant is: Under the Yukon Party government the economy booms, which is the case now.
Under the Liberal or NDP governments, the opposite is true.
The NDP and Liberals are experts at consuming wealth, but producing wealth is just not in their agenda.
The two parties totally lack vision.
The Liberals at one time stated that Air North did not have the depth to run jet aircraft. D’oh! I disagree, and so does the rest of the Yukon.
The NDP is already planning to rip off the mining companies. Why kill the goose that lays the golden egg? D.oh! Again.
The Yukon budget is over $1 billion. Which party would you trust with that kind of bank account?
The Yukon Party is the obvious answer.
