This is a letter to everyone who drives and uses their cell phone.

I ride a motorcycle in the summer months. Several times in the past two years I have come close to being hit by people driving while using cell phones.

This is proven to be a dangerous habit, and yet people still do it. Maybe we need more laws, or maybe demerits on your licence.
