Thank you, Mr. Cathers, for your recognition that the disposition process in favour of oil and gas in the Whitehorse Trough should not proceed.Dare we hope for similar enlightenment with regard to the government’s plans to “modify” the Peel planning commission’s recommendations, and to transfer water inspection licences from the Department of the Environment to Energy, Mines and Resources?
