This proposal is intended to encourage some brainstorming on how recycling enhancements could benefit the community.

Ideas make the world go round and money comes for the ride, conceivably. Business needs to build and recycling will be a bigger part of business as time passes.

This proposal more specifically aims at expanding the recycle store at the dump, including hiring a manager to tend the store. Conceivably that manager could manage all the dump operations, for example directing traffic between machine operators and pickers.

Pickers would be employed to gather recyclables from the dump and dumpsters there to be showcased in the store under a manager directing picker traffic and supporting volunteer help in the store.

People keen on seeing recycling systems grow and improve should be interested in this. People keen on maturing recycling business into profits working together could make great things happen.
