Open letter re homelessness:
There are 17 people who aren’t homeless as of now, and how many are already out there?
Whitehorse has a problem with human beings out in the cold just like any city. Back in 1985, the Salvation Army only fed maybe six to 10 a day.
Have you been there lately? Go in and count at lunch!
These people are just like you, except they can’t afford to buy a lunch like you. When you agree to tell us to pack up and lose the little that we have because we can’t afford it, can you let us camp in your guest room while we try to find another home?
Do you have a heart, as we do?
