I’m writing to express my sincere gratitude to Erica Heuer, Heather Hale and the White Swan Singers for the amazing Earth Day celebration they organized and hosted at the Yoga in the Alpine studio on April 22nd.
It was a wonderful event that these inspiring women created, bringing together a large group of all kinds of local folks to celebrate our planet and to deepen our respect for and connection with it through yoga practice, guided meditation and chanting.
This event is yet another example of the strong sense of community spirit and volunteer activism which exists here in Whitehorse and which makes life in this city so wonderful. Thank you.
