Open letter to Department of Highways and Public Works staff:

I just got a $57 ticket at the supposed “courtesy” airport parking ... when asked why (since I was inside literally for three minutes tops), I was told that even two minutes is too long to pick up friends with their luggage.

This can’t be legal. If you are not allowed to get out of your car to help someone with their luggage they should have a sign saying so ... stay in your vehicle ... there is a sign for this meaning! I also wonder where the two-minute rule came from ... there is no time limit on the sign either. It is unbelievable that our government uses such a vicious way to make money on the back of their citizens. It is low! Very low!

I feel therefore obligated to go to court for it, as I feel this is persecution and misinformation and this can’t go without people knowing it. Therefore, I would like to know who should I contact to get access to the surveillance tapes covering this area on August 27 at 1:15 p.m.?
