A 43-year-old Whitehorse man has been charged with impaired driving and refusing to provide a breath sample after a crash on Christmas Eve.
Police were called at approximately 4:45 a.m. to the crash near the intersection of Second Avenue and Fourth Avenue. A white Ford truck had collided with a post.
A man, identified as the driver, was seen standing by the vehicle.
The investigation is ongoing and no names have been released.
In a news release, RCMP urged the public to call 911 if they see a driver who they suspect is impaired.
