Police staked a drug den near the Carcross Corner and arrested several people who arrived at the residence last Tuesday.
RCMP executed a search warrant Tuesday at 1:50 p.m. at the household south of Whitehorse and arrested a man inside.
Recently cultivated marijuana plants were recovered as well as a bullet proof vest.
Police waited until 7 p.m. when three people arrived at the small-scale grow-op.
A 44 year-old-male, a 34 year-old-male and a 44-year-old female were arrested. All face charges related to growing marijuana plants and possession for the purpose of
trafficking.
Police also discovered the residents had bypassed a hydro meter and were fuelling their grow-op’s lights with free power. They face an additional charge of stealing
