Just a quick question.
Why are people still driving while texting and talking on cellphones? Several jurisdictions have addressed this serious problem. I cannot see any real problem with legislators passing a law against this, and quickly.
I have witnessed numerous people driving erratically and without obvious due care and attention.
I think this needs immediate attention before people die in an accident that just is waiting to happen.
Please do not let this be one of those rules not implemented until there is a tragedy.
I trust you (legislators) will look into this matter in the near future.
